A note from the Aldrich Mansion:
As concerns continue to grow in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure everyone the health and safety of our visitors and employees is our top priority. We are following the instructions and guidelines of the Rhode Island Department of Health, Governor Raimondo, the CDC, and our employer the Diocese of Providence.
Be assured we are taking all necessary precautions for the safety of our employees. We have instructed anyone feeling ill to stay home and quarantine themselves for the benefit of others. We continue to clean and sanitize the mansion.
We know many of you who have a wedding, or an event scheduled at the mansion are concerned and anxious about your reception. We have already rescheduled weddings/events in March, April, and early May. We continue to monitor the situation and will be in contact with you as the information becomes available on how best to proceed. If your wedding/event is in late May or beyond, and you would like to reschedule, please contact Tony Maggiacomo.
Please know that if your wedding is a Friday or Sunday, we will be rescheduling you for those same days, providing there are available dates by the end of December, 2020. If you would like to reschedule for a Saturday in 2021, the regular rate for that date will apply. For example, if you have a Sunday scheduled in 2020 at a rate of $6,500 and would like a Saturday in 2021 (May-October), the rate will change to $9,950.
If you have a Saturday wedding/event scheduled in 2020 and is rescheduled in 2020 or 2021, your rate will remain.
Considering the serious nature of the Coronavirus, we are not allowing outside visitors into the mansion at this time. If you would like to schedule a tour for a potential wedding reception or an event, please contact Tony Maggiacomo and he will conduct his tour by phone using the virtual tour that is posted on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is for the safety of you and our employees.
We will continue to monitor the situation with all authorities and will communicate updates through our website and Facebook.
We hope everyone is understanding and please be safe. We look forward to seeing you soon!
