With the Aldrich and Ivory dining rooms and adjoining enclosed porch the Estate’s total capacity is 230 guests for a seated meal. Along with The Great Reception Hall, perfect for dancing. A sitting room with a grand piano located outside the bar, a formal library, and grand terrace and acres of manicured land is available space for your functions wants and needs. 

Ample parking with handicap accessibility.

Alcohol must be purchased by the renter.
