Someone from the Aldrich staff will meet you upon arrival
Please no Alcohol before your ceremony
Bride, Bridesmaids and Moms can come to the Mansion 2 hours before your ceremony time.
Hair and makeup MUST be completed upon arrival
You will have access to the bridal rooms upstairs and the bathroom
Bridal Party can leave all your belongings up here all night and will have access to these rooms all night
Arrival of Groom, Groomsmen and Dads

Groom, Grooms men and Dads come to the mansion already dressed about 45 min before the ceremony usually right to the chapel

OR

Doing a First Look

You still only have the two hours before the ceremony so we would suggest that the bride is the only one that needs to come in and get dressed, let the others come dressed so now once the Bride gets dressed then first look can happen
Groom and other men would arrive about 15 min before the first look
After first look usually would do bridal party and family photos as well
Once the men are done with photos they should head over to the chapel, sometimes the groom's men will help seat the guest
All we ask is that the photos are done in time for the bride, bridesmaids and moms to walk over to the chapel 10 min before the start time of the ceremony
Ceremony

The men would be at the chapel before the girls
The groom will be hidden in the back with the priest before the bride arrives at the chapel
Bride, bridesmaid’s and parents will be escorted to the chapel by the hostess and or other mansion staff 10 min before the ceremony to line up
Ceremony begins
After the ceremony it’s Cocktail hour

With the packages the cocktail hour is typically 1.5 hours
With A La Cart menu the cocktail hour is typically 1 hour
If photos are completed usually the Bride and Groom will lead the guest over to the mansion to begin cocktail hour
If the Bride, Groom and bridal party have not done photos then this is the time that will happen on the property or inside the mansion and your guest will walk over to the mansion the mansion staff will help let the guest know where to go
Your guest will be welcomed at the front door and directed to know where the card box, guest book, and where to find out what table they will be seated at
At this time the bar is open
Passed appetizers will start being passed to your guests
All photos should be done at least 20 Min before the introductions
After cocktail hour/ Introductions, First Dance & Speeches

At this time, we will invite your guest to gather where the introductions will take place, either outside (weather permitting) or in the foyer
The mansion staff will pass champagne, or the guest will toast with what's in hand (most popular)
Then the introductions will take place by either your DJ or Band
After the introductions it’s usually the first dance
After the first dance then it’s time for the speeches / The bridal party will receive champagne from the mansion staff
Toasts Maid of Honnor/ Best Man/ sometimes Parents
If you have a blessing this will happen after the speeches

During this time the bar will be closed for 3 reasons
-
Bartenders can restock the bar
-
Your guests are gathered with you
-
This is how we get your guest seated, after the guest are seated the bar will open up again, we do this so guest are all start eating about the same time to keep the timeline flowing

IMPORTANT

The total time is typically about 30 minutes for Introductions, First Dance and any Toasts / Blessing / please keep in mind that the speeches are not too lengthy / once it's time for the introductions this means that it's time for food to be placed into the ovens, we want to make sure that your food comes out hot and presentable, if the speeches are long then we will ask that you let us know this please so we can adjust the timing in order for your food to come out correctly

After the Introductions/ First Dance / Speeches/ Blessing

Dinner service

Your DJ/ Band will announce that the dining rooms are open
The hostess and staff will also assist in letting your guest know what table numbers are in each room to make this easier on them (this is why it’s best for table numbers, if you choose to have table names, please make sure that there is also a number associated with the table as well)
The salad course will begin this is usually ½ hour from serve to clear
Then the entrée usually takes about 45 min Ish from serve to clear

Cutting of the Cake / Parent Dances

After the entrée is cleared then the guest will be gathered in the foyer for the cutting of the cake, and then the parent dances.
After the cake cutting is completed this is when the hostess will take the wedding cake into the dessert room and save the top if you choose to.
The rest of the wedding cake will be placed on the dessert table (this is being done while the parent dances are happening)

Dessert / Dessert Room

Once the parent dances are completed, we ask that the Band / DJ invite the guest to follow the bride and groom into the dessert room or let the guest know that wedding cake will be served at the dining room tables with coffee and tea

Bride and groom see the dessert room first / get some photos and then all the guests know that the dessert room is open.
The dessert room is open for about 1 hour.
Then it will be dancing until the end of the night

End of the Night

The hostess / bartenders will have all of your items packed up and on a cart near the front door by the end of your wedding, you will be responsible to get all your items out that night including décor, flowers, alcohol.
