Food Tasting / Food Consultation

Food Tasting

  • Couples will be invited to a group tasting based on their wedding date. 

 

  • Tastings are typically held twice a year, during the Spring and Fall.​

 

  • Brides will receive an online link to confirm the tasting reservation.

 

  • Tastings are limited to the couple.

  • At the tasting, couples will sample select menu items and visit the dessert room.

 

  • At the tasting couples will have the opportunity to speak with Chef Al, Assistant Director and Wedding Coordinator Tony, Chapel and Event Coordinator Sarah, and Lead Hostess Jackie.​

 

Food Consultation

  • Our team will contact you 3–4 months before your wedding to schedule your food consultation.      

 

  • Consultations are typically virtual and last about one hour.

  • The food consultation is when we will build your wedding timeline, discuss event details, finalize menu selections, and confirm your vendor list.

  • To prepare for your food consultation, please have the following information available:

 

o    Ceremony time and location

o    Reception start time

o    Details for introductions, toasts, blessing, and dances

o    Tasting notes

o    Menu selections

o    Allergies and dietary restrictions

o    Linen selection 

o    Vendors contact information (florist, DJ/band, photographer, etc.)
