Food Tasting

 

• Bride and grooms will be invited to a group tasting with other brides and grooms depending on when your wedding is scheduled

• These are typically held early in the year at the end of the year

• We will invite you to respond to a link online to confirm your tasting

• Food tastings are for Bride and Grooms only

• At the tasting you will sample some of our food and also the full dessert room

Food Consultation

​

• The food consult is where we will create your timeline and select your menu selections, choose your tablecloth and napkin colors and also add your vendors.

• We will reach out to you about 3 to 4 months before your wedding to schedule your food consult

•  Food consults are typically virtual and typically take about 1 hour depending on your questions

• When it's time to do your food consultation you will need to know 

• Time of ceremony and location

• Time of reception

• Vendor’s names (Florist, dj or band, bakery, photographer, liquor store)

• Your food selections

• Notes from your tasting

• Any allergies

• And knowledge on your intros, toasts, blessing, dances
