Couples will be invited to a group tasting based on their wedding date.

Tastings are typically held twice a year, during the Spring and Fall.

Brides will receive an online link to confirm the tasting reservation.

Tastings are limited to the couple.

At the tasting, couples will sample select menu items and visit the dessert room.

At the tasting couples will have the opportunity to speak with Chef Al, Assistant Director and Wedding Coordinator Tony, Chapel and Event Coordinator Sarah, and Lead Hostess Jackie.
Food Consultation

Our team will contact you 3–4 months before your wedding to schedule your food consultation.

Consultations are typically virtual and last about one hour.

The food consultation is when we will build your wedding timeline, discuss event details, finalize menu selections, and confirm your vendor list.

To prepare for your food consultation, please have the following information available:
o Ceremony time and location
o Reception start time
o Details for introductions, toasts, blessing, and dances
o Tasting notes
o Menu selections
o Allergies and dietary restrictions
o Linen selection
o Vendors contact information (florist, DJ/band, photographer, etc.)
