Preparing for “Drop-Off Day”
Return the completed forms with your final guest count.
Label all items on your inventory list.
If you have specific setup preferences, please stage them at home and send a photo for reference.
If providing place cards, please sort alphabetically by last name.
If providing a printed seating chart (framed or on a mirror) in ALPHABETICAL order by last name, indicating each guest’s table.
If using table names (rather than numbers) please include a corresponding table number for guest and staff clarity.
On Your Drop Off Day (scheduled for the week of your wedding)
Please pay final bill with a certified bank check made payable to OLP Center INC. - No personal checks are accepted the week of the wedding
Pay the bartender(s) with a certified bank check (bartender(s)' names will be listed in the email along with your final invoice) or in cash.
$150.00 for tipping bar
$300.00 for non-tipping bar
Outside bar (cocktail hour only) $75.00 tipping bar / $150.00 non-tipping bar
Bring in ALL items listed on your inventory list.
We will go over your wedding day in detail for a final time to insure everything is correct

Bring copies of readings
