Cvent for weddings after Sept 2026

you will receive a new event diagram invitation by email.

This email will come from:

Tony Maggiacomo (via Cvent Event Diagramming) invite@mailer.socialtables.com

 

To access your updated wedding day diagram, you will need to create a free Cvent account.

Instructions for creating your free Cvent account:

1. Open the email invitation.

2. Click “Go to Event”.

3. Select “Host”.

4. Complete all required fields as follows:

   • Name: Your name

   • Business Email: Your email address

   • Property: Aldrich Mansion

   • Country/Region: USA

   • State/Province: RI

5. Click “Agree and Continue”.

6. Once completed, you will have access to your wedding day diagram.

Any Allergies should be placed next to the guest's name in the Tags column

For dining: NO MORE THAN 10 TABLES IN EACH ROOM INCLUDING SWEETHEART TABLES

72" rounds are used for guest up to 12 people (we only own 5 of these and only 2 max in each dining room PLACE in corners of the room if using)

60" rounds for guest up to 10 people 

 48" for rounds for guest up to 6 people, AND also used for SWEETHEART tables

 

you will only need to add your guest to a table you do not need to assign them to a specific seat
