Booking Information

We will e mail you the information that you will need for the booking process, fill out the request for rental form (we will email this to you) / leave blank any information that you do not know, and we will fill this in as we receive the information

Send the request for rental form in along with the first deposit check of $2,500.00 check made out to OLP Center INC.

The Aldrich Mansion does not accept wire transfers or credit cards.

Personal checks are accepted via mail for rental deposits.

All final payments must be made with a certified bank check.

All checks are only to be made payable to OLP Center Inc.

Next work on getting a letter from your priest saying that it is a first marriage for both and that he will be preparing you for marriage and that he will or will not be doing the ceremony. I will need to know if you are bringing your own priest, or you would like me to contact our priest for the ceremony. If using our Chapel, it is an added rental fee.

If you are bringing in your own priest to do the ceremony here, we will need a letter stating

I will be preparing the couple, filling out the necessary paperwork, I will be officiating at this wedding.

If your priest is not doing the ceremony here and only preparing you for marriage, and our priest is doing the ceremony then we will need a letter from your priest stating

I will be preparing the couple, filling out the necessary paperwork, I will be NOT officiating at this wedding.

It is the first marriage for both parties.

Contract/ Payments

Once we receive all the paperwork mentioned above, it will be sent downtown for approval. Then once we get the approval you will receive the contract via mail! Please return the signed contract with a deposit of $2,500.00 can be a personal check.

Six months before your reception month 25 percent of your estimated balance is due.

Three months before your reception month 25 percent of your estimated balance is due.

The Mansion will send an invoice at these times and will accept a personal check (made payable to OLP Center, Inc.). If you change your mailing address at any time, please notify us.

Your Prismm will need to be finalized 2 Fridays before your wedding, once the counts that you give and the counts in Prismm match up then Prismm will be locked and we will send the final bill.

The final bill will need to be paid with a BANK CHECK this can be brought to us on the " Drop off Day " you will also pay the bartender(s) with either individual bank checks or cash on drop off day as well.
